For the equivalent of €15 a month - IT Assist is a telephone-based service and with your permission we will remotely access your PC and applications, diagnose and resolve the problem. We can also advise you in getting the most from your applications. Annual charges apply.

On-site support
Where necessary we will send out an engineer to your business to resolve the issue. Per visit charges apply.

We can customise a support and maintenance agreement based on your needs and requirements.
