From as little as €2.50 (ex VAT) per month on top of the cost of the standard telephone line, you will have the security of knowing that your line will be back up and running within just 8 working hours.

- This SLA can be applied to your standard phone line or ISDN Basic Rate Access (BRA) line. If your Broadband service is working on your standard telephone line you can still avail of this SLA†.
- A guaranteed 8 working hour repair based on normal business hours.
- Log your fault 24/7 online, to ensure that if it is out of office hours it will be picked up first thing in the morning.
† This Service Level Agreement is applicable to the underlying standard telephone line over which the Broadband service is delivered. This is not an SLA relating to the Broadband service.


Monthly Prices:
Business Line 8 Hr Repair €2.50 per month (ex. VAT)
(€20.96 for PSTN line plus €2.50 = € 23.46 / month/ line )
Business ISDN 8 Hr Repair €3.50 per month (ex.VAT)
(€32.51 for ISDN line plus €3.50 = € 36.01 / month/ line)
