4. How do I retrieve data?

Simply select the files or folders you wish to restore. You can choose your files online or in the eircom Backup Manager, then just click on download. That's all there is to it!

5. Where can customers call from?

International and Universal freefone can be called from the countries you want them active from. National freefone services can be called from any phone in Ireland. Universal access (0818) numbers can be dialled from most countries overseas.

6. Do I need any additional equipment?

No, just a phone, although it is wise to ensure you have sufficient answering capacity to answer all the calls.

7. How can I tell if it is adding value to my business?
